A steadfast determination in growing the agency’s stable of blue-chip clients across three core market verticals; Financial Services, Healthcare, and CPG/Retail.

As Chairman & CEO, Darren has overseen the exponential growth of a company that continues to reinvent itself as a leader in Creating Sustainable Behavior Change through informed technology and design.

From RAZR’s inception in 2005, Darren has relentlessly defended the core values of the organization and is personally driven to ensure that annually, every employee uses the 40 hours of allotted philanthropic time they’ve been granted to benefit others in the community.

Darren is passionate about serving the needs of children and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Children’s HeartLink, which provides access to care for children around the world with congenital heart defects, he is also on their Development and Communications Subcommittee.

A draft pick of the Quebec Nordiques of the NHL, Nauss played Division 1 hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He was a captain of the men’s hockey team his senior year and was a three-time WCHA All-Academic team award winner.

  • Fitness and health are a passion and way of life for Darren.
  • Darren regularly traverses the country in a truck hauling a trailer with three horses for his daughter’s equestrian competitions. He even owns a pair of cowboy boots.
  • A dual citizen born in Vancouver, Canada, Darren naturalized in 2017 after 20+ years of calling the United States home. He is currently the only RAZR teammate to have graduated high school in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan…he refuses to confirm what year that happened.
