From RAZR’s inception in 2005, Darren has relentlessly defended the core values of the organization and is personally driven to ensure that annually, every employee uses the 40 hours of allotted philanthropic time they’ve been granted to benefit others in the community.

Darren is passionate about serving the needs of children and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Children’s HeartLink, which provides access to care for children around the world with congenital heart defects, he is also on their Development and Communications Subcommittee.

A draft pick of the Quebec Nordiques of the NHL, Nauss played Division 1 hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He was a captain of the men’s hockey team his senior year and was a three-time WCHA All-Academic team award winner.
